Path to Healing
Welcome. You're in the right place to begin your healing journey.
How I support your healing journey.
Healing through education, awareness, and regulation.
Your personalized healing experience
Each person’s story is unique, and I believe the healing process should reflect our personal experiences. Your journey will begin with education for deeper understanding of the abuse you have survived and exploring how those experiences have impacted different areas of your life. Together, we will create meaningful goals and a personalized roadmap towards healing.
You will develop a deeper understanding of how trauma can affect both the mind and body, and explore tools to support nervous system regulation with somatic healing. Using evidence-based positive psychology approach, we will focus on building upon your existing strengths while working toward greater peace, balance, and fulfillment.
Because healing is not one-size-fits-all, each session will be tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace, creating a supportive space for growth, healing, and lasting change. You are not alone. You were never crazy. You were abused.
You are a survivor who no longer needs to walk this path alone. I hope I can be part of your journey.
A deeper look into healing
-
The first step toward healing is acknowledging that what you endured was real. Survivors are often left confused, doubting their own perceptions, and blaming themselves. To gain clarity and begin recovery, we will work through understanding patterns of narcissistic abuse and how people get stuck and become addicted to these kinds of relationships.
This framework is designed to validate your experience, educate, and reduce self-blame.
-
Rebuilding after narcissistic abuse is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself. Together, we will create a roadmap to help you reclaim yourself and your life, because you deserve it. I will offer practical tools and actionable steps to support your recovery, strengthen your confidence, set healthy boundaries, and help you reconnect with the person you were always meant to be.

Trauma doesn't just live in our memories, it also is carried in our bodies. If you've experienced abuse, your nervous system has spent a long time in survival mode in order to stay safe. Over time, your body learns to stay on high alert, even when the danger has passed.
Trauma affects so much more than your nervous system. It influences your physical and emotional health, your relationships with others and yourself, and your ability to feel safe.
We will work with a somatic trauma-informed approach to help you understand how trauma has shaped your nervous system and how healing is possible. I'll help guide and teach you tools on how to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and gradually release the survival patterns that may still be affecting your daily life.

Positive Psychology is the science of well-being. Together, we will set a road map to help create daily habits and goals towards cultivating joy, gratitude, and love in your life. By focusing on your strengths, we will help grow your confidence, claim back your strength and happiness.
